BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

While business hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm, please note the following client appointment availability:

  • Monday: No client availability (closed for admin purposes)

  • Tuesday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm

  • Friday: 11am - 3pm

Clients with recurring weekly or bi-weekly appointments have already been reserved and blocked off below, so no additional information is needed to ensure these spots remain booked.

Occasionally, cancellations may occur that are not reflected in the online scheduler (depending on how recently they occurred). If you don’t see a suitable time slot available, or if you’d like to check for additional options, please feel free to reach out - I’m happy to explore other possibilities with you!

Once a request has been made, you will automatically receive an email confirming the details of our appointment. If for whatever reason there is a scheduling conflict or error and an appointment time is booked that isn’t actually available, you can expect an email saying the appointment has been canceled along with a follow-up text/email from me to discuss alternative scheduling options.

Scheduling Availability Window:

The appointment window will show all available sessions beginning after 24 hours and extending through the following three weeks. If you are looking for an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or would like to schedule something farther out than three weeks, please reach out via text/email to discuss availability.

Session Length:

All appointments are blocked out for a full 60 minutes by default. If you are looking to schedule a shorter session, please follow up with a text/email after scheduling the appointment to inform me of this modification as soon as possible.

Missed Session Policy:

Once the appointment has been requested/scheduled, the cancellation/no-show policy and fee are considered active. As a friendly reminder, the missed session policies are as follows:

  • Late Cancellation: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours from the start time of the appointment.

  • No-Show: If you are not present within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled start time. (Exceptions to this may be made if you have communicated with me prior to or within the first 10 minutes and we have discussed a plan to adjust the start time or reschedule.)

    • *Rula Clients: Please note that sessions are considered a no-show after the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.

  • Reschedule Fee Waivers: In the event of a late cancellation, I may consider waiving the fee in the event that we are able to schedule and meet for a session within the same calendar week (Monday - Friday). This will only be considered for clients who have reached out to reschedule prior to the appointment start time or within the first 10 minutes. If I have not heard from you within the first 10 minutes, the session will automatically be considered a missed appointment and billed accordingly, regardless of whether a second appointment is scheduled for that calendar week.
